By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging and condition

  • Free from damage, tampering, or wear

  • Returned within the applicable time frame

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or storage

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale campaigns

  • Free gifts, promotional items, or samples

This policy is in place to protect product integrity and consumer safety.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a:

  • Damaged product

  • Leaking or broken item

  • Expired product

  • Incorrect or missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Photos of product and packaging

  • Replacement of the same product

  • Exchange for another item

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and unused and requested within:

  • 7 days of delivery (Pakistan orders)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds for approved cases will be issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund to the original payment method (where applicable)

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Requests

Exchanges may be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Product is unopened and unused

  • Exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Replacement product is equal or higher value

If the replacement product is higher priced, the price difference must be paid before processing.

Courier pickup or reshipment charges may apply.


6. Return Shipping Instructions

Once your return or exchange is approved, our team will provide:

  • Return address details

  • Packaging requirements

  • Courier handling instructions

Products must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in shipment.


7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return request (if eligible).


8. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refund or store credit will be processed within 7–14 business days.
